The Southeast Economic Development Region/LWIA 23 Regional Plan for 2024-2028 is available for viewing.

The purpose of the Regional Plan is to create a workforce development system which increases the employment, retention, and earnings as well as occupational skill attainment by participants in order to improve the quality of the workforce, to improve self-sufficiency, and to enhance the productivity and competitiveness of the region.
